Seal of the Right Arm

The seal of the Right Arm sealed the true physical potential of the human race. Because it's the seal of the right arm, his arm is non-existent creating a bunch floating armor pieces covered in seal scrolls. The seal scrolls and the floating armor pieces allow him to stretch his arm, giving him an alarming range with his giant sword. Even though he's sealed, he still has strength that is greater than what man is capable of. He is also able to weaken others with his powers sealing most of their strength, and their right arms. If he were ever to break the seal on his arm, his true strength would arise and the strength of humanity would once again return. However he would become almost unbeatable in the process. To have any chance to even defeat him, the power of magic must be used. This is fine except that his brother seals the magic of the humans.
