The TRUE Rebirth Flame

Now that I'm finally out of school, and have once again racked up a bit of artwork. I'm truly ready to start producing pieces of artwork, in color even!
I never really liked being one of those artist who are stuck in pencil. I wanted to really show that I can be a good colorist (and that I don't think and visualize in black and white), not to mention actually practice coloring itself.
So I bought myself a tablet! I'm so happy I've always wanted one for YEARS, and now it's here and it's a dream come true. One can preach the power of the pen, but the pen may be mightier than the sword but it's nothing compared to the stylus. So everyone can now expect some digital painting from me! The first thing that I drew to my standards on the tablet was a picture of Ralshavian, and he and Phoenix are the harbingers of movement in my art! It's always a good sign to see especially Ralshavian, because my life isn't going so good, too much rage, too much passion, too much phoenix control.
In the process of drawing Ralshavian, I actually developed a lot more, it was a clunky process drawing him and now I'm better at using the tools I have. I have come to love openCanvas as well, and will soon be buying a license to the latest version.
Expect more work, those who are nice enough to come to this pathetic little artist's corner of the woods (and are nice enough to read this)

Rebirth Flame

The Phoenix is reborn people. I'm hoping that people still can even get updates about my journal entries still. Or if they even fav'd me ever at all.
Truth is though that it's mostly my fault to begin with. I haven't been drawing and we I do, I lose my folders (or they get stolen). But now I actually have a healthy accumulation of my new artwork we can actually begin anew and start a new. The only problem is that I don't have a working scanner anymore. So i'll have to try to scan my work at school. Look forward to seeing everyone soon!
